These Terms of Service govern your use of The 3rd Sidewalk website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of https://www.3rdsidewalk.com and the purchase of access or tickets to our events and platforms.
2. Services & Digital Content
The 3rd Sidewalk provides studio information, essays, podcasts, documentaries, software platforms, and intentional gatherings.
3. Event Ticketing & Payments
- Payment Processor: All paid event transactions are securely processed via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). The 3rd Sidewalk never stores full credit card details on its servers.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Ticket sales for intentional gatherings are final, except in cases where an event is canceled or rescheduled by The 3rd Sidewalk. Under Article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, statutory rights of withdrawal do not apply to dated event ticketing services.
4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
